General Information

Rolfson House provides structured residential services in a home environment under jurisdiction of the Psychiatric Security Review Board.

CODA places a high priority on community safety in concert with mental health treatment. Residential services include: medication management, 30 hours of structured activities and groups and individual skills training and therapy. 24 hour supervision is provided.

Access

Admittance to Rolfson House is dependent upon referral from the Oregon State Hospital, Psychiatric Security Review Board, and Community Evaluation and County Screening.

Upon successful completion of residential program, clients are transitioned to the community with intensive case management services to retain gains in symptom management and to support independent living skills.
