 CODA, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, is the largest provider of addictions treatment and support services in Oregon. On any given day, we serve at least 1,000 adults in 14 programs and nine facilities spread across Multnomah and Washington Counties. The majority of CODA’s clients are below the Federal poverty level, a significant number are homeless, and most are on the Oregon Health Plan.
