From our start in 1969 as Oregon’s first methadone provider, we have grown and expanded our mission. CODA now provides both substance-abuse treatment and mental health treatment at comprehensive service sites in Portland, Gresham, Tigard, and Hillsboro. Along with our community partners, we are dedicated to providing recovery-oriented, evidence-based services to people during their most difficult times, affirming that treatment works and recovery happens.

No. Applicants are asked to send a cover letter and resume only. An Application Form is usually filled out later during the interview process.
