8041 Recovery House is a seven-bed state-licensed residential program for adults struggling with severe and persistent mental illness and alcohol/drug related problems. Monitoring and supervision is provided on-site 24 hours a day. Also provided on-site: skills training, activities; individual, group and family therapies; medication monitoring/services and case management.

Rolfson House provides structured residential services in a home environment under jurisdiction of the Psychiatric Security Review Board. Monitoring and supervision is provided on-site 24 hours a day. Residential services include medication management; 30 hours/week of structured activities including groups, individual skills training and therapy. Residents receive 24-hour supervision. Case management and medication services are available on-site.

Residents who successfully complete Rolfson House are recommended for review and approval by the Board for transition into independent community living. Those approved for transition are provided intensive case management services in the community and remain under structured daily supervision.

Admissions are made by referral from the Oregon State Hospital in concert with the Psychiatric Security Review Board and Community Evaluation and County Screening. For more information on services provided by Rolfson House, contact the Program Manager at 503.760.6403.
