Gresham Recovery Center provides DUII, outpatient and intensive outpatient services at 1427 E 182nd Ave.
Intake appointments are available by walk-in Monday through Friday 9:00am to 9:45am or by appointment. Please stop by or call for an appointment to meet with an intake specialist.
At your initial appointment, a counselor will provide an overview of treatment services for your specific needs, and will review payment options for services. Should you and the counselor decide outpatient services are the best option, you will receive an appointment for a follow-up assessment.

Intake Appointments:
Intake appointments are available by walk-in Monday through Friday 9:00am to 9:45am or by appointment. Please stop by or call for an appointment to meet with an intake specialist.
When you arrive, a counselor will conduct an overview of treatment services and review payment options for services. Should outpatient services be the right choice for you, you will receive an appointment for a follow-up assessment. This initial screening typically lasts about 30 minutes.
At the assessment appointment, an intake specialist and a counselor will meet with you. A handbook will be provided that describes the treatment process.
You will receive an individual appointment following your assessment. This session will enable you and your counselor to develop a plan of care that addresses your needs.
Payment & Insurance
Payment & Insurance:
Accepting several private and public insurance plans including the Oregon Health Plan in addition to private payments.
Please note that subsidies for cost of care may be available. To be considered for subsidized care, you must bring a copy of a paycheck stub or other proof of income and proof of residency (current utility bill or lease) to determine your eligibility for adjusted fees.
Admission Criteria
Admission Criteria:
- Substance-use dependency or abuse is a primary problem.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Exclusion Criteria:
- Substance-use dependency or abuse is not a primary problem.
- Availability of more viable treatment alternatives.
