Portland Recovery Center provides methadone and buprenorphine outpatient treatment services for opioid-dependent individuals age 18 and over.
Treatment for opioid dependence includes medication to relieve withdrawal symptoms and cravings, along with individual and group therapy and case management.
New patients are required to come to the clinic daily for medication, and to participate in weekly group and individual therapies. As patients achieve periods of abstinence and actively participate, the frequency of clinic visits diminishes.
A limited number of walk-in visitors are accepted Monday through Thursday at 8:00 am at 15 NE 11th Ave. in Portland. Interested persons may also schedule an appointment.
