DUII Services Frequently Asked Questions

How long does your program last?

Patients typically complete our program in about four months, but services may last longer depending upon your individual needs and progress.

What are your program expectations?

Abstinence from alcohol and illicit drugs is an expectation during our program. To demonstrate abstinence from drugs and alcohol, you will participate in random urinalysis and/or breathalyzer testing.

Attendance and participation is also expected. Should you need to reschedule an appointment or miss a group session, it is expected that you will contact your counselor 24 hours or more prior to missing an appointment.

It is expected that patients come prepared to group and individual sessions. You may be asked to complete outside homework or other recovery-related activities.

What happens at an intake appointment?

Intake appointments typically last about 2 hours. At this appointment, you will complete enrollment forms, review the cost of services, and complete a diagnostic assessment.

Subsequent sessions with your counselor will include the development of a treatment regimen including individual therapy and group sessions as well as urinalysis testing.

How much does the program cost?

Our current rates for private-pay patients are:

Assessment:   $120 each
Group:           $45 per session
Individual:      $80 per hour
Urinalysis:      $21 each

We accept most private and public insurance plans including the Oregon Health Plan.
Subsidies for cost of care may be available. To be considered for subsidized care, you must bring to your intake appointment a copy of a paycheck stub or other proof of income and proof of residency (current utility bill or lease).
